Settings for Zoho Mail
Working with Zoho Mail is easy. This robust mail solution comes with a well designed and simple app that simplifies all mail handling.
You do not need to install your server settings in the app, you only need to log in with your email address and password to access and send.
Please note that more than one Zoho Mail accounts can be used on the same mail app, but you cannot set up mail accounts from other companies, such as Google or Microsoft in the app, where it connects directly to Zoho's authentication servers.
Zoho Mail online
Most people use Zoho Mail via a web browser. It doesn't matter what device you are on or where in the world. You always have safe and secure access to your data in Zoho Mail. The login process is simple, with email address and password only, but Zohos' Authenticator App can be linked to the mail

Zoho Mail also comes with an e-mail program that you can use on most computers. The mail client looks very similar to the web interface and actually mirrors the web interface to your computer.
